A Novel UCP Model Based on Artificial Neural Networks and Orthogonal Arrays

Adequate estimation is a crucial factor for the implementation of software projects within set customer requirements. The use Case Point Analysis (UCP) latest and most accurate method estimating effort cost realizing products. This paper will present new, improved UCP model constructed based on two different artificial neural network (ANN) architectures Taguchi Orthogonal Vector Plans. ANNs are an exceptional intelligence tool that have been proven to be reliable stable in this area engineering. Plans optimization reduces number iterations required, which significantly shortens time. goal construct models give minimum magnitude relative error (MRE) value concerning previous approaches techniques. A (less than six) MMRE 10%) achieved. obtained results improve accuracy reliability involved projects.
